Baked fish with vegetables and couscous

Ingredients for 4 people:
Fish meat: 800 g, depending on what you caught or bought.
Vegetables – fresh or frozen / peas, carrots, corn 300g
Mushrooms approx. 8 pcs
Couscous 300 g
Butter, olive oil, salt, pepper
1 pan, couscous pot, water
Clean the fish, fillet, cut into smaller strips, salt and pepper.
Put the butter in a heated pan, add the mushrooms, after a few minutes add the fish and finally the vegetables. If necessary, we can add more butter.
Pour the couscous into the pot, season with salt, pour in about 4 dcl of hot water and cover with a lid. Check in 3 minutes, adding water a little at a time. If you have stock instead of water, this is obviously a better option.
Put the couscous, vegetables with mushrooms and fish on a plate, pour over the butter for baking, if the couscous is too dry for you, you can drizzle it with olive oil. We can also serve family style in a pan and the couscous in a pot right on the table. We can add a seasonal salad.
