on technical inspections of small vessels in localities within the territorial jurisdiction of the Přerov branch for the year 2022
Technical inspections of vessels at the Přerov branch office are carried out on Mondays and Wednesdays between 08:00 and 12:00 and 13:00 and 17:00.
The applicant shall register for the selected date of the technical inspection for a vessel registered in the Register of Small Vessels at the Přerov branch office using the on-line ordering system „on-line ordering for technical inspections“ on the website of the State Navigation Administration.
In the case of a vessel newly entered in the register of small vessels, the applicant shall register for the technical inspection at the Přerov branch office by telephone or by e-mail. In order to register a newly registered vessel for a specific inspection date, it is necessary to provide the type and type of vessel, the name of the owner or operator and the telephone contact of the person who will be present at the technical inspection.
The applicant shall register for the selected date of the technical inspection for a vessel registered in the register of small vessels outside the Přerov branch office using the „on-line ordering for technical inspections“ ordering system on the website of the State Navigation Administration. In the case of a vessel newly entered in the Register of Small Vessels, the applicant shall register for a technical inspection outside the Přerov branch office by telephone or by e-mail. In order to register a newly registered vessel for a specific inspection date, it is necessary to provide the type and type of vessel, the selected location and place, the name of the owner or operator and the telephone contact of the person who will be present at the technical inspection.
On-line booking for technical inspections:
- The system allows ordering of an already registered small vessel for technical inspection in selected locations within the territorial jurisdiction of the branch of the State Navigation Administration Přerov.
- The ordering system can be accessed via the website of the State Navigation Administration, under the tab „vessel documents“ and the link „on-line ordering for technical inspections“.
In order to carry out the actual technical survey, the applicant must:
- bring the technical condition of the vessel into compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, in particular Decree No. 334/2015 Coll., the text of the Decree and other regulations relevant for inland navigation is available at the link https://plavebniurad.cz/legislativa.
- to deliver a fully equipped and equipped vessel, including the propulsion unit,
- submit:
- a completed application for a vessel document (forms can be downloaded from the link https://plavebniurad.cz/dok-pl/formulare),
- the vessel certificate issued (for periodic technical inspection),
the documents necessary to carry out the initial technical inspection of the vessel prior to registration of the vessel in the navigation register, see https://plavebniurad.cz/dok-pl,
valid certificates of designated technical installations for electrical, gas, pressure and lifting equipment, if such equipment is installed on the vessel. The relevant UTZ certificates are issued by inspectors listed in the list published by the State Navigation Administration, see https://plavebniurad.cz/dok-os/inspektor-utz/seznam-inspektoru-utz.
- pay the administrative fee – the amount of the administrative fee is determined by the tariff of Act No 634/2004 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended, items No 38 and No 39. The administrative fee shall be set as the sum of the items of all the actions to be carried out on the basis of the application (e.g. technical inspection + issue of the certificate + registration of the vessel or technical inspection + renewal of the certificate + approval of the certificate of the designated technical equipment).
There is a maximum number of technical inspections per date or day.
The applicant of the registered vessel chooses the time of the inspection from the offer of the on-line ordering system when it comes to inspections at the Přerov branch office. When it concerns vessels newly entered in the register of small vessels, the time of the inspection will be determined at the time of ordering.
For inspections outside the Přerov branch office, the technician will determine the approximate time of the inspection and communicate it to the applicant by SMS message to the specified telephone number for a technical inspection.
To promote efficiency and cost-effectiveness, technical inspections will be conducted at the designated small craft assembly points listed in the attached list.
For the same reasons, the State Shipping Administration reserves the right to cancel the scheduled date of the trip in the event that less than five vessels are registered.
Technical inspections and renewal of vessel certificates in 2022 will be carried out at the locations and on the dates indicated in the table below:
